FASTSHEETS.COM believes that greater protection of personal privacy on the web will not only protect consumers but also increase consumer confidence, ultimately increasing participation in online services. We endeavor to educate users about how to protect their privacy when using the web. Our information collection practices are described below.
Fastsheets.com Account (free).
When a user registers for a FASTSHEETS.COM account, only the following information is required and collected. That information is: email address, country, state/province and city. Your email address is used only for contacting the owner of the account and offering complete support for our service. It is not distributed, sold, or used in any other fashion than that stated above. Country/State and City are used for our own data tracking, and also not distributed, sold or used outside of FASTSHEETS.COM. A password is required at the time of account sign up, but a plain text version is not kept in order to keep that sensitive data secure.
Fastsheets.com Subscription
When a FASTSHEETS.COM account holder signs up as a subscriber, they will be required to enter their credit card information as well as billing information. The data entered is not collected or retained by FASTSHEETS.COM in any way, but instead is sent over a secure channel to our third party payment gateway provider to be used for instant verification, and fraud checking. Our third party payment gateway provider takes care of the subscription, which allows us to avoid having to request this information on a monthly basis. Upon canceling a subscription and then re-subscribing, your information will be collected again, and used in a likewise manner.
Use of Information.
We may disclose personally identifiable information to third parties when required by law or in the event such information is relevant to judicial or government investigations or proceedings, or otherwise necessary to protect our website or the safety of its users.
Cookies.
Cookies are information files that your web browser places on the hard drive of your computer when you visit a website. Cookies were designed to help a web site recognize the prior visits to a site made by a user's browser. Cookies cannot damage user files, pass on computer viruses, capture e-mail addresses or read information from a user's hard drive. At Fastsheets.com, we use cookies as a way to authenticate logins for the duration of the users visit. Upon signing out all cookies are destroyed. If a user does not sign out properly, cookies are automatically destroyed after a day.
Security.
FASTSHEETS.COM uses its best efforts to ensure the security of personal information submitted by its users. All forms used for the submission of personal information are secure and all user data is stored in a secure environment.
Use of Materials.
Only the PDF files that are produced upon a completed Featuresheet Order may be downloaded, reproduced and used without permission. All use of other Fastsheets.com materials are strictly prohibited and protected by copyright.
